Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct applies to all users of the RGUKT-AP Admin Portal and related mobile applications (Student, Faculty, Caretaker). It outlines expected behaviour and standards when using our services. You may use this URL for app store listings (e.g. Google Play).

1. Purpose
RGUKT-AP is committed to a safe, respectful, and productive environment for students, faculty, caretakers, and staff. This Code of Conduct sets out the standards we expect from everyone who uses our Admin Portal and mobile apps, to ensure integrity, fairness, and respect for others and for institutional resources.
2. Expected Behaviour
All users are expected to:
- Use the services only for authorized campus and institutional purposes.
- Treat others with respect and refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
- Protect their account credentials and not share accounts or attempt to access others’ accounts without authorization.
- Provide accurate information and maintain the integrity of data they enter or manage.
- Comply with RGUKT-AP policies, applicable laws, and regulations.
3. Unacceptable Behaviour
Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to:
- Impersonation, fraud, or misuse of another person’s identity or account.
- Harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on any protected characteristic.
- Uploading or distributing malicious software, or attempting to compromise system or data security.
- Unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure of personal or institutional data.
- Use of the services for commercial or personal gain outside authorized use.
- Any activity that violates institutional policies or applicable law.
4. Data and Privacy
Users must handle personal and institutional data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection rules. Access to data must be limited to what is necessary for your role. Do not share, sell, or misuse data obtained through our services.
5. Consequences
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, restriction or suspension of access, disciplinary action under institutional policies, and/or reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
6. Reporting
If you witness or experience behaviour that you believe violates this Code, or if you have concerns about misuse of our services, please report it promptly. Reports can be made to the contact below or through official institutional channels. We will treat reports seriously and, where appropriate, investigate and take action while respecting confidentiality and fairness.
