1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RGUKT-AP Admin Portal or any RGUKT-AP mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide an internal campus management ecosystem: (a) Admin Portal – for managing students, faculty, caretakers, hostels, mess, and related data; (b) Student app – for students to access profile, attendance, and campus-related features; (c) Faculty app – for faculty to manage classes and attendance; (d) Caretaker app – for hostel caretakers to manage attendance and related tasks. Use is restricted to authorized RGUKT-AP users.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be an authorized student, faculty member, caretaker, or administrator of RGUKT-AP to use these services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any purpose other than authorized campus and institutional use.
• Share your account or circumvent access controls.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Use the services in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or institutional policies.
• Scrape, copy, or misuse data beyond your permitted role.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for any reason necessary to protect the services or users.

5. Intellectual Property

The RGUKT-AP Admin Portal and related apps, including their design, content, and software (except where third-party rights are indicated), are owned by or licensed to RGUKT-AP. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RGUKT-AP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use is at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g. authentication, hosting). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised, and we will post the updated terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, unless otherwise required by law.
